from a Chartered Land Surveyor.

Expert reports and detailed plans can be provided either as independent surveyor or via a joint
instruction, in accordance with the Civil Procedures Rules and the RICS practice guidance.
Glanville can also provide assistance with the new Land Registration Act and produce determined
boundary plans acceptable to the Land Registry.
