Building and condition surveys are required for a variety of purposes. Our Building Surveyors have
extensive experience in the preparation of schedules, and related but more comprehensive reports, for a
range of purposes and to all levels of detail. These reports may be customised to suit the client’s specific
needs and the scope increased to include the professional services provided by other departments within
the company, such as Land Surveying and Structural Engineering.
Where necessary the survey may be recorded
electronically on handheld devices linked to the office
computer system.
