Glanville has experience in the full range of services relating to design, specification, project management and contract administration.
We are able to offer a full design and construction service, from inception through to completion,
co-ordinating the design and specification with our Civil and Structural Engineers to offer a comprehensive works package.
We are able to carry out all of the above as smaller individual instructions or as a part of a more comprehensive brief,
and will work with other departments as required. All project sizes and types are undertaken.

- Contract administration including variations to contract and cost control through interimvaluations, final account and retention monies
- Advice on appropriate form of contract (JCT forms).
