During the construction phase our Engineers protect the interests of the client by monitoring progress on
site and ensuring that work is carried out to an acceptable standard and in accordance with specification.

In appropriate cases we are able to place staff on site for the duration of the contract. Any design changes
necessary as a result of unforeseen site conditions are accommodated efficiently with minimum delay to
the project. Claims by the contractor for additional payments are reviewed and negotiated on behalf of the
client.
