Next Phase of Granta Park development is finalised.
Hylton George, principal consulting civil Engineer of Glanville Consultants, met with Granta Park’s facilities manager
Heidi Sharp at the end of last month to finalise the handover of Granta Park Phase II.
The 45 acre site adjoining the existing science park has outline consent for 330,00sq ft of laboratory and office space.
Infrastructure works which started in June last year include some of the most attractive features from Phase I such as tree-lined
roads and parking groves, open drainage channels and wide verges. There will also be a small hill planted with trees located between
Great Abington and the Phase II site to retain rural views from the village
Heidi Sharp said “As Granta Park facilities manager I have been gearing up for the handover of the Phase II site.
This has included the recruitment of new staff who will be joining the on-site team in May. Glanville’s have been
excellent to work with providing a professional service as contract administrators and all works have been completed on time.
